Blazing pumpkins

A week ago last Friday, we headed out of town with some friends to see The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze. Set in the grounds of a historic property up the Hudson valley, this annual spectacular involves literally thousands of pumpkins which have been carved and assembled into all kinds of fantastic shapes and structures. As you can imagine, I loved every moment, and what follows is just a tiny selection of the pictures I took on the night.
